Guarantee Terms

$5,000 in 90 days — or every dollar back.

If you don’t see at least $5,000 in attributable revenue from reactivated or retained clients within 90 days of your first sequence going live, we refund every dollar you paid us and you keep every sequence and document we built for you.

Revenue is tracked inside your dashboard — tagged and timestamped. No dispute about the number.

1. What the guarantee covers

A minimum of $5,000 in attributable revenue within 90 days of your first SMS sequence going live. Applies to all plans: Starter ($397/mo), Growth ($697/mo), and Elite ($1,197/mo).

2. How “attributable revenue” is defined

  • The client received at least one SMS message from a deployed Ecosysflow sequence
  • The client booked a treatment within 14 days of receiving the SMS
  • The booking was logged in the dashboard with date, client name, treatment, revenue, and sequence used
  • The booking resulted in a completed treatment (not a cancellation or no-show)
Important: Bookings must be logged in the dashboard to count. Log every qualifying booking within 24 hours.

3. The 90-day clock

The 90-day period begins on the date your first SMS sequence is deployed — not the sign-up date. Delays caused by late client list delivery or late sequence approval extend the clock accordingly.

4. Conditions that must be met

  • Client list provided within 5 business days of your onboarding call
  • Sequences approved within 3 business days of receiving them
  • Qualifying bookings logged within 14 days of the booking date
  • Account in good standing — no overdue payments
  • 30-day check-in call attended or rescheduled — missing it forfeits the Guarantee
  • Minimum send threshold met — at least one full Tier 1 batch sent

5. How to claim a refund

  1. On the 90-day review call, both parties open the dashboard and confirm the total.
  2. If the total is below $5,000, you state your intent to claim the refund on the call.
  3. Ecosysflow processes the full refund within 5 business days via Payoneer.
  4. Within 48 hours, we deliver a full export of all sequences, client records, and dashboard data.
  5. Your subscription is cancelled effective immediately upon refund.

6. What you keep after a refund

All SMS sequences, compliance SOP documents, revenue tracking dashboard setup, vial waste log data, and all call notes and strategy documents.

7. Limitations

  • The Guarantee applies once per client and only to the first 90 days.
  • The Guarantee is void if you misrepresent material information during onboarding.
  • Revenue from walk-ins, referrals, or organic bookings not connected to a sequence does not count toward the $5,000 threshold.
