1. Agreement to terms

By using Ecosysflow’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. They form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Ecosysflow LLC.

2. Description of service

Ecosysflow provides: client retention system setup and management (Treatment Cycle Intelligence™), SMS sequence writing and scheduling, revenue tracking dashboard, compliance reference documentation (Compliance Pulse™), vial waste tracking, and strategy calls per your plan.

3. Subscription plans and billing

Services are billed monthly through Payoneer invoice. You may cancel at any time after the 90-day minimum with 7 days notice before your next billing date. Price changes require 30 days written notice.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business information during onboarding
Export and share your client list within 5 business days of your onboarding call
Review and approve SMS sequences within 3 business days of receiving them
Log attributed bookings in the revenue tracking dashboard in a timely manner
Attend scheduled check-in calls or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice
Ensure clients have opted in to receive SMS in compliance with TCPA

5. Our responsibilities

Have first sequences live within 48 hours of your onboarding call
Write all SMS sequences in your brand voice and submit for approval before sending
Maintain your dashboard, compliance documents, and tracking tools throughout your subscription
Respond to support requests within one business day (four hours on Elite)
Honour the $5,000 guarantee as described in the Guarantee Terms

6. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of all client data you provide. Upon cancellation you retain the specific sequences and documents we built for you. You do not retain rights to our underlying frameworks or methodologies.

7. Disclaimers

The Compliance Pulse™ documents are reference materials only — not legal advice. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and TCPA SMS opt-in consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Ecosysflow’s total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration per AAA rules in Texas.
